Ralph Winn, OSJ, Mgr.
Ralph has been in the Finanical Industry for over 30 years. He has been a OSJ since 1985 and has overseen as many as 12 Financial Advisor Branches at one time. At current time he oversees three (3) Branches, which involves training and approval of transactions. Mr. Winn is a college graduate, and holds a BS, MS.
Mr Winn has specialized over the past 20 years in Retirement Plans, especially in the area of 401 (K)'s and Defined Benefits. What separates him from the rest of the Advisors in the 401 (K) area is his devotion to the entire process.
Mr. Winn believes in setting up all 401 (K) Plans around the individual employee by allowing each employee to be fully individualized in his or her holdings. By doing this it allows the employee to have the best possible plan for them, and at the lowest possible cost to the firm. When the employee leaves the firm, the employee can move the plan over to his/her own IRA within 72 hours, at zero cost to employee unlike most standard plans. Within the plans the employee is allowed to purchase Individual
stock (with some restriction), Bonds, REIT, CD's, Mutual Funds (All most any Fund Family), ETF's, any other approved product for 401K plan. Each employee receives a quarterly update on the account, along with a yearly update, and recommendation as to what sector they may want to look at for the future. Mr. Winn not only helps in the selection with the employee but has a continuous education program with the employee.
Mr Winn has stressed this relationship once he noticed that the normal corporation had been sold a pooled account, with very limited selection of investments, with almost zero help from the selling firm. That once the employee left the firm it took up to 6 months to receive there funds, in cash, so that they had to see a new Financial Advisor to set up a IRA, and pay a new commission on this investment. That the cost of these programs was very high and not in the best interest of the employee.
Mr. Winn works with several top rated firms that can customize if needed any plan to fit a firm's needs. He then helps in the documention of the plan, complete set up and all required paper work on each and every employee. He processes all Loans, Hardships, other related distributions.
Through this process and satification of the employees at the firm he has been able to maintain accounts for as long as 30 years.
